The opening is busy and bright: lemon, mandarin and bergamot give the citrus, pepper a sharp bite, and tea leaf with mate a bitter, leafy greenness that sets it apart from sweeter fresh scents. The heart is short and unusual, with pimento adding warm spice and sesame a dry, nutty, slightly toasted quality. The base is quiet, with vetiver and cedar providing a dry, earthy wood and white musk a clean finish.
