Fleurissimo from Creed dates from 1956 and is credited to James Henry Creed. It is a bright, classic floral bouquet, with flowers clearly dominant and woody, citrus and green tones in support.

The opening is fresh, with bergamot and mandarin orange giving a gentle citrus sparkle and violet leaves a crisp green note. The heart is a full white-floral bouquet: rose brings softness, jasmine and tuberose a creamy richness, neroli a clean orange-blossom freshness, and ylang-ylang a smooth, slightly exotic sweetness. The base is light and elegant, with sandalwood giving creamy wood, orris root a powdery refinement and cedar a dry finish.

People mostly report moderate longevity and a moderate trail, with some finding it strong. It is voted mainly for spring and then summer, and very much for daytime. That makes it well suited to weddings, garden parties and formal daytime events, for someone who loves a traditional, polished floral.
