Pear and blackcurrant open it with a juicy, slightly tart fruitiness, and a sugar note adds a plain sweetness that carries through the wear. The heart is rose, jasmine and white flowers, a conventional and pleasant bouquet with the jasmine adding creaminess. The base is where the green and wood come from: oakmoss and moss give a cool, damp, forest-floor depth, patchouli an earthy edge, and woody notes and a strong ambery wood material a dry foundation, with musk softening the finish.
It is worn by anyone. The fruity-chypre character suits autumn and spring and either daytime or evening wear, and a person who likes sweet florals with a mossy, grown-up base rather than a pure vanilla one.
