Mandarin, bergamot and lemon give the opening a juicy, sunny, slightly bitter sparkle, and peach adds a soft, velvety sweetness. Orange blossom brings a honeyed, slightly green floral tone to the heart, and cake is the surprise, a warm, sweet, slightly buttery note that pulls the citrus towards dessert without making it heavy.
