Mango Jugoso from Paris Corner, released in 2020, is a sweet tropical fruit scent. Gourmand is the word everyone uses for it; a smaller group also find it citrusy, and a minority notice musk, freshness and a floral touch.
Mango leads, ripe and juicy, with pineapple, peach and melon piling on more soft, sunny fruit. Grapefruit and blood orange cut through with a sharper, zestier brightness, and blackcurrant adds a tart edge. A sugar note makes the sweetness explicit, almost like fruit syrup, while violet lends a faint powdery, candied quality underneath. Musk settles it all into a soft, clean finish on the skin.
It is worn by anyone. This is an unapologetically summery fragrance, best in hot weather, on holiday or in casual daytime settings, for someone who wants to smell of a fruit bowl rather than flowers or wood.
