Bitter orange and orange blossom open it together, the fruit sharp and peel-like, the flower clean, honeyed and slightly green rather than sweet. Juniper berries sit in the heart, adding a dry, gin-like, resinous freshness that keeps the scent crisp. The base pairs patchouli with angelica, the patchouli earthy and dry, the angelica green, herbal and faintly musky, so the drydown stays leafy rather than turning warm.
