The opening is a burst of fruit: bergamot, mandarin, orange and grapefruit give a bright citrus fizz, blackcurrant a tart, slightly green bite, and cassia a hint of warm spice. The heart is softer and rounder, with rose, jasmine and lily of the valley forming a clean bouquet and apricot adding a ripe, velvety sweetness. The base is warm and vanillic, as vanilla and tonka bean bring a creamy sweetness, musk and amber a soft glow and Virginia cedar a dry edge.
Most wearers report moderate longevity and a moderate trail, with a fifth finding it strong. It is voted for autumn and spring, with day slightly ahead of night. It suits anyone who likes an easy, sweet, fruity scent for everyday wear.
