Bergamot and pink pepper open it with a bright, faintly peppery sparkle. The fruit arrives quickly: raspberry and blackcurrant, tart and jammy, give the rose a red-fruit halo without turning it into a dessert. Rose itself is at the centre, with magnolia adding a lemony creaminess and wallflower a soft, slightly spicy, old-garden floral note. The base is a gentle chypre: oakmoss brings a cool, damp greenness, sandalwood a milky wood, and white musk and musk a clean, skin-like finish.
It is worn by anyone. The character suggests spring and summer and daytime wear, for a person who enjoys rose but wants it fresh, fruity and slightly mossy rather than heavy or oud-laden.
