Tiramisu Caramel

Tiramisu Caramel by Zimaya, from 2024, is a dessert-style gourmand that is worn by anyone. Sweetness is the overwhelming impression, with woody and musky accords noticed by about a third of wearers.

The scent is built around caramel and honey, thick and golden, with vanilla and coumarin adding a soft, hay-like, almond-tinged sweetness that recalls the cream layer of the dessert. Whiskey gives it a warm, boozy edge, slightly smoky and oaky, which keeps the sugar from becoming one-dimensional.
