Aurantium is the Latin name for the bitter orange tree, and its flowers feature in two forms. Neroli brings the fresh, green, slightly bitter side, and orange blossom the sweeter, honeyed one, together giving a bright, sunny freshness. Jasmine adds a radiant, slightly creamy and faintly indolic floral depth that fills out the heart.
