The idea behind it is the scent of the hair oil used by sumo wrestlers, and the notes follow that. Orange and eucalyptus give a fresh, slightly camphorous opening, with anise adding a sweet, liquorice-like herb. The heart is floral and powdery: jasmine, orange blossom and violet bring a soft bloom, and heliotrope an almond-like, cosmetic powder. Cinnamon adds warmth. The base is smooth and resinous, with sandalwood for creaminess, labdanum for a honeyed resin, patchouli for earthiness and musk for a clean, skin-like finish.
