Sea, Sud & Sun is a playful blend of seaside freshness and pastry sweetness, equal parts gourmand and marine. Versatile Paris released it in 2023, composed by Anne-Sophie Behaghel, and it is worn by anyone.

The fresh side arrives first: sea water and sea notes give a salty, breezy opening, with citrus adding brightness and anise a cool, liquorice-like edge. Then the sweet side takes over, built around the idea of a tarte tropézienne, a cream-filled brioche: milk and nougat bring a soft, creamy sweetness, orange blossom adds a honeyed floral touch, and fig contributes a green, milky fruitiness. Musk closes it with a warm, clean finish.

It is a summer scent by design, suited to warm days, holidays and casual wear. Anyone who likes gourmands but finds most of them too heavy for hot weather should find this a lighter, more refreshing alternative.
