Bergamot, apple and pear give the opening a bright, crisp, juicy freshness. The heart is the dessert: pistachio brings a nutty, creamy, slightly salty sweetness, ice cream a cool, milky softness, almond a marzipan-like warmth and rum a boozy, dark sweetness. Peony adds a light floral touch that lifts the creaminess.
