Police Legend for Man

Police Legend for Man, released by the Italian brand Police in 2017, pairs spice and leather as its two leading accords, with woody, floral, aromatic and amber notes playing supporting roles.

Black pepper and star anise give the opening a dry, crackling spice with a liquorice-like edge, while absinthe adds a bitter, green, herbal sharpness. Lavender and geranium form an aromatic, slightly floral middle with a classic masculine freshness. The base brings the leather forward, smooth and slightly smoky, supported by coumarin, which adds a hay-like sweetness, and vetiver and amberwood, which give earthy, warm woodiness.
