Blood orange and bergamot supply the zest, a juicy, slightly bitter brightness that keeps the sweetness from becoming heavy. Caramel and vanilla bring the dessert side, soft and warm, while cinnamon adds a dry, spicy heat that sits naturally alongside the orange.
