The opening is cool and slightly austere: Tuscan iris brings a dry, powdery elegance, juniper berries a crisp, gin-like freshness, cypress a green coniferous edge, and incense a thread of smoke. The heart warms up with myrrh, bitter and balsamic, alongside patchouli's earthiness, with vanilla and musk softening the mix. The base is where the sweetness lands: honey, thick and golden, leather for a smooth animal depth, and amber and woods for a warm, enveloping finish.
Worn by anyone, it is a cold-weather and evening scent, with a clear arc from dry and smoky to sweet and warm. It should suit people who like incense and honey in the same bottle.
