Bitter almond is the signature: a marzipan-like sweetness with a faintly medicinal, cherry-stone edge that keeps it from being simple. Star anise adds a liquorice sparkle on top. Jasmine sambac gives the middle a heady, slightly indolic white-flower richness, and then vanilla and sandalwood move in, creamy and warm, with musk pulling it all close to the skin.
The effect is a dense, sweet, slightly dark scent rather than a bright one. It suits evenings and the colder half of the year, and the roller format makes it easy to carry and top up. People who like almond and vanilla but want more depth than a plain dessert scent tend to gravitate here.
