Eau de Biarritz

Eau de Biarritz is a 1995 fragrance from Comptoir Sud Pacifique that puts flowers on a beach; it is marketed to women. Everyone who describes it calls it floral, two thirds find it gourmand and fresh, and a minority add woody, resinous and citrus.
