Aura Fresh

Aura Fresh from Armaf, released in 2023, is a spicy citrus with a woody base. Spice is what everyone notices; most also find it woody and citrusy, and a third pick up musk, herbs and leather.

Lemon, bergamot and star fruit open it sharp and juicy, with cardamom adding a cool, aromatic spice from the start. The heart is pepper and sage, dry, herbal and a little fiery. The base brings cedar and woody notes for structure, saffron for a warm, slightly leathery spice, amber for warmth and musk for a clean, smooth finish.

It is worn by anyone and, despite the name, is more spicy than fresh once it settles. That makes it a flexible choice for daytime through to evening across most of the year, for someone who likes citrus with a peppery, woody backbone.
