Accrodisiaque

Accrodisiaque is a green, woody scent with spicy, ambery and animalic undertones, released by the French house Versatile Paris in 2022 and composed by Camille Chemardin, Amélie Bourgeois and Elia Chiche. It is worn by anyone.

Citrus, violet leaf and dill open it with a cool, green, slightly herbal freshness, sharpened by black pepper and fennel. Matcha tea and black tea give the heart a leafy, tannic greenness, with blueberry and rose adding a soft, fruity floral touch. The base is dark and textured: leather and animal notes bring a warm, slightly dirty depth, cedar, vetiver and cypriol a dry, smoky woodiness, Cashmeran and musk a soft warmth, and benzoin and amber a resinous finish.

It suits spring and autumn and works for daytime or evening. Anyone who likes green woods with a leathery, slightly animalic edge should find it an interesting wear.
