Misiarte

Misiarte from the Italian house V Canto, composed by Paolo Terenzi in 2022, is a sweet, fruity citrus with a creamy base. Everyone who describes it calls it gourmand; most also find it citrusy, about half pick up a floral side, and a third mention wood and musk.

Calabrian bergamot, grapefruit, Brazilian orange and orange open it with a full citrus burst, joined by pineapple, raspberry and Damask plum for a juicy, slightly tart sweetness. The heart is jasmine sambac and lily of the valley, warm and dewy in turn, with coconut and heliotrope adding a creamy, almond-like softness. The base brings caramel for sweetness, Australian sandalwood for a creamy wood, leather for a dark edge, and ambergris and musk for a warm, salty, lasting finish.

It is worn by anyone and suits warm days and evenings, for someone who likes citrus and tropical fruit over caramel and sandalwood.
