Suncrest by Ulrich Lang, released in 2023, blends sweet fruit, woods, flowers and citrus in equal parts, with a warm amber glow behind them.

Sicilian lemon gives a bright, sunny opening, joined by black currant with its tart, slightly green berry bite and peach with a soft, velvety sweetness. That fruit accounts for much of the gourmand impression. Jasmine and lily of the valley bring a clean, airy floral middle, more fresh than heady. The base is built on cedar and dreamwood for a smooth, creamy wood, with ambroxan adding a mineral, skin-like amber warmth that tends to linger.
