Seductive Blue

Seductive Blue by Guess, released in 2023 for women, is a sweet floral. Everyone who describes it calls it floral, about two thirds also find it gourmand, and a third notice woody, musky, ambery and citrus sides. Picture fresh flowers over ripe fruit, finished with a soft, warm base.

Bergamot gives a short burst of citrus brightness, and pear and plum bring the fruit: the pear crisp and juicy, the plum darker and jammier. The floral heart is built on rose and rose water, fresh and slightly dewy rather than heavy, with peony, freesia and cyclamen adding a light, clean, watery freshness. Patchouli gives the base an earthy, slightly dark grip, while amber and musk soften it into a smooth, warm finish.
