Cherry opens it, a bright, slightly tart fruit sweetness that is immediately recognisable. The heart is whipped cream, soft, milky and airy, which smooths the cherry into something closer to a dessert. The base is vanilla and a cupcake accord, so the drydown is sugary and warm, with a baked, buttery sweetness that lingers.
