Khafaya Blue

Khafaya Blue by Zimaya, released in 2023, is a warm woody scent for men with a spiced, slightly liquorice-tinged edge. Woody is the word everyone uses for it; about two thirds also call it spicy, and a minority mention aromatic, amber and citrus shades.

Grapefruit gives the opening a sharp, bitter brightness, and lavender adds a clean aromatic lift. The heart is where the character forms: cinnamon and nutmeg for dry, baking warmth, and licorice for a dark, sweet, aniseed-like twist that sets it apart. Sandalwood and broader woody notes make up the base, creamy and dry at once, with amber adding a resinous glow that softens the spices as they settle.
