The opening is a cocktail of six citrus fruits: lemon, lime, grapefruit, blood orange, mandarin orange and Sicilian bergamot, sharp and juicy. The heart adds blackcurrant for a tart, slightly green fruitiness, pink pepper for a light sparkle and white amber for a soft warmth that stops it being purely sour. The base is oakmoss, musk and patchouli, which give a clean, slightly earthy finish rather than sweetness.
Most wearers report moderate longevity, with a third finding it long-lasting, and the trail is moderate and well mannered. It is voted firmly for summer and for daytime. It suits someone who wants a bright, uncomplicated citrus for hot days, the gym bag or the office, rather than the sweeter Eros scents.
