The opening keeps pomegranate and yuzu, tart and zesty, set against a cool watery note. The heart adds raspberry to the original's lotus, peony and magnolia, so the flowers come across a shade jammier and fuller, though still dewy. Musk, mahogany and amber in the base give a smoother, warmer finish than the lighter version.
Longevity splits between moderate and long lasting, so most people get a decent day from it, and the sillage is moderate for the majority. Spring and summer take nearly all the seasonal votes and it is mainly worn by day. If you like Bright Crystal but want it to stay longer and sit a little warmer on the skin, this is the one to try.
