Giambellino

Giambellino by the Italian house V Canto, released in 2023, is a citrus fragrance worn by anyone. Most wearers also find it floral, and about a third notice sweet, green or aromatic sides, with wood as a quieter undertone.

The brand lists a long note set in one group. Amalfi lemon, Sicilian mandarin, Calabrian bergamot and orange carry the bright citrus opening, with mint and lavender adding a cool, herbal edge. The floral middle leans green: violet leaf, geranium, lily of the valley and narcissus, with jasmine sambac adding warmth. Beneath it, tobacco leaf, nutmeg, vanilla and sugar give a sweet, slightly smoky depth, and patchouli, ambergris and musk settle the finish.

Citrus and green flowers over a sweet tobacco base suits daytime in warm weather while having enough depth for evening. Community reports on longevity and sillage are not yet available.
