Ruby Rush

Ruby Rush by Paris Hilton is a cherry-and-cream gourmand: everyone who describes it says sweet, and only a minority pick out woody, musky, fresh or floral sides. It launched in 2022 as a feminine scent.

Cherry is the fruit at the centre, ripe and candied, and it is wrapped in cream and whipped cream, which make it smell like a cherry dessert rather than fresh fruit. Vanilla adds a warm sugary base to the creaminess. The flowers are light and a little unusual: raspberry blossom and raspberry bloom add a faintly fruity petal note, dahlia and hibiscus bring a soft, slightly tropical floral colour, and water lily adds a watery freshness that keeps the whole thing from being too thick. Sandalwood gives a creamy woody finish, and musk softens it onto the skin.
