The notes come as a single list. Bergamot opens with a clean citrus brightness, and black pepper, pepper and cardamom provide the spice, warm, dry and slightly fizzy. Lavender adds an aromatic, herbal freshness, and elemi a lemony, slightly resinous note. Iris brings a cool, powdery softness that is unexpected in a vetiver. Vetiver itself is earthy, dry and faintly smoky; oakmoss deepens that with a damp, forest-floor tone, while tonka bean and amber add a soft, warm sweetness to the base.
It is worn by anyone. The peppery vetiver character suits daytime wear across spring and autumn, and it is likely to appeal to anyone who likes vetiver but wants more spice and less austerity.
