Extreme Orchid from the French house Louis Varel is a sweet, mossy floral worn by anyone; no release year is recorded. Everyone who describes it calls it floral, most also find it gourmand and green, and a third notice musk, amber and citrus.
The notes are given as one list. Mandarin orange and peach open it with a juicy, slightly fuzzy fruitiness, and saffron adds a dry, leathery spice behind them. The floral heart is orchid, rose and violet, a mix of creamy, rosy and powdery tones. Oakmoss and moss give the green, earthy depth that most wearers pick up, while toffee, amber and musk supply the sweetness and warmth in the base, with patchouli adding an earthy edge.
