Shaheen Silver from Lattafa Perfumes, released in 2022, is above all green: almost everyone who describes it reaches for that word first, and about half add gourmand, woody, musky, amber and citrus. The result is a sharp, leafy chypre-style blend with a sweet undertone rather than a plain fresh scent.

The notes are given as a single list, so the development is best read as layers. Bergamot and blackcurrant provide the bright, slightly tart opening, with currant leaf and bud adding a bitter green snap that keeps the fruit from turning jammy. Rose sits in the middle, more an accent than a bouquet. Underneath, oakmoss and patchouli give the earthy, forest-floor depth typical of a chypre, while musk and amber round it off with warmth.
