Fakhar Gold

Fakhar Gold is a woody fragrance from Lattafa Perfumes, released in 2023 and worn by anyone. Everyone who describes it names wood first; about a third also find it sweet, fresh, floral, resinous and ambery, which suggests a rounded rather than single-minded scent.

The notes are listed without a pyramid. Salt gives it a mineral, slightly marine freshness that is unusual against the warmer materials. Tuberose is the floral element, creamy and heady, though here it is one voice among many rather than the lead. Cedar and vetiver form the dry, clean woody core, and cashmeran adds a soft, musky, slightly pine-like warmth. Labdanum, amber and tonka bean complete the base with a resinous, sweet glow.
