Al Areeq Silver, released by Lattafa Perfumes in 2022, is a woody fragrance with a sweet, aromatic lift. Everyone who describes it calls it woody; about half also find it gourmand or aromatic, and a quarter notice spicy, floral or leathery sides.
The notes are given as a single list. Apple provides a crisp, juicy sweetness at the start, with cardamom adding a warm, slightly green spice and lavender an aromatic, herbal freshness. Jasmine gives a soft white-floral touch. The woody core is built on agarwood (oud), cypress and sandalwood, combining dark depth, a dry resinous greenness and creamy smoothness. Tobacco and leather add a dry, smoky richness, while vanilla and musk warm and soften the finish.
