Avgoustos is a citrus scent with green, woody, musky, aromatic and amber touches each playing a smaller part. It comes from the Greek house Korres, released in 2022, and is worn by anyone.
The citrus is the point: mandarin orange, bergamot and a lemon tree accord give a sunny, slightly leafy brightness, with orange blossom adding a soft, honeyed floral. Fig brings the green side, milky and a little creamy, and lavender a light herbal touch. The base is cedar, musk and ambergris, dry, clean and faintly salty, so the drydown stays fresh with a gentle warmth.
