It opens on bergamot and ginger, a bright, slightly peppery start that keeps the raspberry and red fruits sorbet from turning syrupy. Sandalwood, amber and cedar settle underneath, giving the fruit a creamy, warm, slightly dry finish that lasts into the drydown.
