The notes come as a list. Mandarin and peach make a gentle, fruity opening, more juicy than sharp. Peony brings a light, fresh floral touch, while orris root adds a cool, powdery quality and heliotrope a soft, almond-like sweetness. Barley is the unusual note here, bringing a toasted, cereal warmth. The base is tonka bean, warm and almond-vanilla, with ambrette and musk giving a close, skin-like finish.
