Lemon, bergamot and orange open it, a straightforward, zesty citrus blend with sweet and bitter sides. The heart is where it gains character: lavender brings a clean, aromatic, slightly soapy freshness, juniper a cold, gin-like sharpness, green notes a cut-stem bitterness and rose a soft floral touch that stops it being purely barbershop. The base is moss, guaiac wood and musk, a damp green earthiness, a dry, faintly smoky wood and a clean musk finish.
