Italian lemon and Italian mandarin open with a sharp, sunny brightness, and petitgrain, from the leaves of the orange tree, adds a green, slightly bitter woodiness. Ginger, pepper and white pepper bring a lively, dry spice that gives the citrus extra bite, and mint a cool freshness. In the base, Haitian vetiver adds a dry, earthy, slightly smoky depth that grounds the composition.
