The opening is dark and fruity: bergamot gives a citrus lift, mulberry a deep, juicy berry note and black pepper a dry spice. The heart is a rich night bouquet, with rose, night-blooming jasmine, peony and tuberose giving a heady, creamy and velvety floral glow. The base is moss, patchouli, black musk and vetiver, an earthy, dark and sensual finish.
