Iris Exquis

Iris Exquis, from the Italian house Brioni, is a green fragrance composed by Karine Vinchon Spehner and Michel Almairac and released in 2025. Spice and citrus each make up about half of its character, with lighter woody, floral and leather touches.

Verbena and lemon verbena give a bright, lemony, herbal start, and black pepper a dry, sparkling bite. Violet leaf adds a fresh, green, cucumber-like crispness, and black tea a smoky, slightly bitter warmth. The heart centres on iris, cool and powdery, with carrot seeds adding the earthy, rooty facet that iris often carries. Suede and patchouli form the base, soft, smooth and slightly earthy.
