Highlands is a green, leathery scent from the Spanish house Botanicae, released in 2022 and worn by anyone. Everyone who describes it calls it green, and about half each add woody, musky, floral and leather, so it balances several things at once without being sweet.
Juniper opens it with a dry, gin-like, slightly resinous freshness, and Earl Grey tea adds a bergamot-scented, faintly smoky lift. Hay gives the middle a warm, dried-grass sweetness, and tuberose, unusually here, appears as a creamy floral thread rather than a loud white flower. Cedar brings dry wood, oakmoss a damp forest-floor depth, and leather and musk settle the base into something soft, slightly smoky and skin-like.
