Odyssey Black Forest by Armaf is a gourmand fragrance first and foremost, released in 2025 and worn by anyone. Sweetness dominates, with light spice, wood, musk and a floral thread behind it.
Cherry and cinnamon open with a dark, spiced fruitiness, and caramel and lactones add a creamy, milky sweetness that recalls cake and cream, matching the dessert in the name. The heart turns richer with dates and honey, which bring a sticky, honeyed fruitiness, and nutmeg adds warmth. In the base, vanilla, tonka bean and praline create a dense, sugared nutty finish over soft woody notes and musk.
With its dessert-like profile it is best suited to cold weather: autumn and winter evenings, the festive season and cosy occasions. It should appeal to someone who loves very sweet, edible scents and does not mind a fragrance that leans clearly towards pastry.
