Club de Nuit Milestone, from Armaf in 2019 and worn by anyone, is a fresh fruity woody scent. Woody is how everyone describes it; a third also find it sweet, musky, fresh, floral and citrusy, each facet playing a small part.
Red fruits open it with a juicy, slightly jammy sweetness, set against a cool sea note and a lift of bergamot, so the start is both fruity and breezy. The heart is violet with white woods and sandalwood, a soft, powdery floral over a clean, creamy wood. The base is vetiver, Ambroxan and musk: a dry, earthy edge, a salty ambergris-like glow and a soft, skin-like finish.
Wearers are split between moderate and long lasting on longevity, and the sillage is moderate for most and strong for a quarter. Summer takes nearly half the seasonal votes with spring next, and it is worn mainly by day. It suits warm weather and daily use, for anyone who likes a fresh scent with fruit on top and real wood underneath.
