Club de Nuit Intense Man Parfum, released by Armaf in 2022, is a sweet, smoky fruit scent in Parfum concentration. Sweet is the word everyone uses for it, about half also find it floral and citrusy, and a quarter pick up musk, amber and leather.
The opening is a fruit-and-citrus burst: pineapple and blackcurrant give a juicy, slightly tart sweetness, and bergamot a bright lift. The heart is birch, jasmine and rose, where the birch adds a dry, smoky, tar-like note under the flowers and accounts for the leathery impression. The base of vanilla, ambergris and musk is warm and sweet, with the ambergris adding a salty, skin-like depth.
Half of wearers find it long lasting and nearly a quarter call it near permanent; the sillage is strong for most, so it carries well.
