The Majestic Jardin by Alexandre.J, created in 2020 by Anne-Sophie Behaghel and Amélie Bourgeois, is a sweet, woody cherry scent. Sweetness leads, most people also note wood, and smaller groups find spice, flowers and herbs.
It opens on bitter almond, a marzipan-like note with a slightly sharp, nutty edge that pairs naturally with cherry. In the heart, cherry brings a dark, juicy, almost liqueur-like fruit, cherry blossom a soft, pale floral touch, and black pepper a dry spark that keeps the sweetness lively. The base is warm and smooth: tobacco gives a dry, honeyed depth, vanilla a creamy sweetness, patchouli an earthy richness and Virginia cedar a crisp woody frame.
