Pear and mandarin orange open it with a crisp, juicy brightness, followed by peach for a softer, downier fruit. Rose, freesia and jasmine make a light, cheerful bouquet in the middle, more garden than hothouse. Praline and vanilla supply the dessert-like sweetness in the base, while patchouli gives it a little earthy grip so that it does not float away.
This is an easy, pretty scent for daytime, spring and summer, the kind worn on a walk through a park rather than to a gala. Anyone who likes pear and praline in a fragrance but prefers them light-handed should find it comfortable.
