The opening is bright and refined: mandarin orange, green mandarin, bergamot and Calabrian bergamot give a fresh, juicy and slightly green citrus sparkle. In the heart, Moroccan rose and rose bring a velvety floral note, iris a cool, powdery elegance and heliotrope a soft, almond-like powder. The base is gentle: frankincense, also listed as olibanum, adds a soft, dry smoke, and tonka bean a warm, almond-like sweetness that rounds off the finish.
The profile suggests spring and summer, daytime and the office, as well as refined occasions. It is meant to be worn by anyone who likes fresh citrus over powdery florals and a soft incense base, and who prefers an elegant, polished scent to anything sweet or loud.
