Nine notes are listed, without a pyramid. Mandarin opens sweet and bright, with basil adding a green, aromatic, slightly peppery herbal note and pepper a dry heat. Tuberose, lily and iris form the heart: tuberose creamy and heady, lily fresh and clean, iris cool and powdery, together giving a polished rather than sugary floral. Sandalwood and vetiver provide a smooth, slightly smoky wood in the base, and ambroxan adds a salty, mineral warmth that carries the scent.
