Turkish rose, Bulgarian rose and rose form a full, rich floral centre, and ylang-ylang adds a softer, creamier floral sweetness. Coriander and cardamom give the opening a warm, aromatic spice, the cardamom slightly citrusy. Coffee brings a roasted, bitter depth that pushes the rose towards gourmand territory, and frankincense adds a resinous, smoky lift. Sandalwood gives the base a creamy, smooth wood and patchouli an earthy darkness.
